For providers
Run a holiday club in Surrey or South West London? Holiday Club Finder helps parents compare clubs by distance, age, dates and price. Parents book directly with you, so we never take bookings or payments and we don’t take a cut.
These open an email to holidayclubfinder@gmail.com with a template to fill in. We don’t have a sign-up form or ask you to create an account.
What we list
Holiday clubs, camps and school-holiday childcare for children, in Surrey and South West London (Esher, Hinchley Wood, Thames Ditton, Surbiton, Kingston, Hampton, Teddington, Richmond, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Cobham, Epsom, Leatherhead, Guildford and nearby). Listings are free at the moment.
What we need from you
- Club and provider name, website and the link where parents book.
- Venue name and full address with postcode, so we can show distance.
- Dates running, price per day and daily start and finish times.
- Minimum and maximum ages.
- Early drop-off or late pick-up, Tax-Free Childcare and sibling discounts, if you offer them.
- Optional: a contact email or phone number to show, and a photo you are happy for us to use.
We only show business information. We never ask for, or store, children’s names or parents’ details.
Keeping your listing right
Some clubs are listed from information published on their own websites. If anything is out of date, such as dates, prices or ages, email us and we’ll fix it. Parents are always told to check details with you before booking.
Don’t want to be listed, or want a photo taken down? Email us and we’ll remove it. Email a removal request.
